本日2024年2月5日(月)時点で、Booking.com 経由の予約において不正アクセスを受けた可能性があり、The Millennials 渋谷の一部のお客様の予約にて以下の事象を確認しました。

・ホテルが意図していないメールがお客様へ送信される

弊館の対応として Booking.com への状況の調査と速やかな結果報告を依頼しています。

お客様におかれましては、Booking.comからのメールに添付されているファイルやリンクへは不用意にアクセスをせず、心当たりの無い内容の場合はBooking.comまたは弊館へお問合せください。

なお弊館から正当な理由なくお客様へ支払いの催促や別サイトに誘導するようなメールを送信することはありませんので、そのようなメールを受け取りになった場合は別サイトへのアクセスや支払いをされないようご注意ください。
