YOUR STAY

Is it possible to send my luggage in advance to the hotel?

Baggage received in advance will be kept at the front desk. Please indicate the date of your stay, the full name of the person who made the reservation, and include the hotel address in the mailing address. If you have additional question regarding luggage, please contact us directly.

What is the standard check-in and check-out time?

You may check in from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and check out by 11:00 am on the day of departure. However, check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the room type or plan you are booked into, so please confirm in advance the details of your reservation plan.

Is it possible to check in early?

To accommodate your early check-in request (between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm), we offer the option of an additional charge of 3,000 yen per room. However, this is subject to room availability, so please check with us during the morning of the day you wish to reserve a room. We are unable to accommodate guests before 12pm.

Do you allow late check-outs?

Depending on availability, late check-out is available in one-hour increments. Guests can check if their rooms are available for late check-out via the special page available through Mobile Access.

Is it possible to leave my luggage before or after check-in?

Except for valuables and fragile items, we can generally accept your luggage from 7:00 am on check-in day until 11:00 pm on check-out day. If you have any other requests, please contact the hotel.

What should I do if I am late for check-in?

No special notice is required if you are late for the check-in time you have indicated in advance. If you will arrive after 11:00 pm, please let us know.

Do I need to show my ID at check-in?

No identification is required to check in. However, the hotel requires the written consent of a parent or guardian for those under 18 staying alone.

Does the room charge get settled at check-in?

We offer a variety of payment methods. If you select the Onsite Payment option, payment is due at check-in. Our Mobile Check-in option allows you to provide payment information, fill out your information online, and receive all hotel information ahead of time.

How often are the rooms cleaned for consecutive nights?

Rooms are cleaned every day, but the sheets are changed after the fourth day of your stay.

Can I have the room service and restaurant charges directly to my credit card?

By registering your credit card at check-in, you can order room service, paid amenities and refreshments in the hotel facilities. You will also be able to use these services as well as room charges for all restaurants, bars, stores, etc. in the hotel facilities without having to carry cash around.

Does the free drink service include non-alcoholic drinks? Are there any drinks for children?

We apologize for the inconvenience but the free beer service does not include non-alcoholic drinks. Soft drinks are available in the lounge on the 2nd floor.

Can minors stay overnight?

Yes it is possible. The hotel requires the written consent of a parent or guardian for those under 18 staying alone.

Can a receipt be issued separately for accommodation and other charges?

As long as the payment has been processed, separate receipts can be issued.

Can items purchased on the Internet be delivered to the hotel in advance?

Parcel received in advance will be kept at the front desk. Please indicate on the label the date of your stay, the full name of the person who made the reservation, and include the hotel address in the mailing address. If you have additional question regarding parcels, please contact us directly.

Can I use the hotel without staying the whole night?

Day-use plans are also available. For more information, click on the vacancy search.

When does the free drink service start?

Free beer is served to guests on the ground floor everyday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.

Is the front desk available 24 hours a day?

The front desk is not open from 11:00pm to 7:00am, but there are staff on duty 24 hours a day if you need assistance. Please use the doorbell at the front desk if you need to speak with a staff member.

Is it okay to leave the hotel after midnight?

Yes. It is important that you bring your hotel key with you when leaving the hotel after midnight. This will allow you to enter and exit from the main entrance.

Do I get any special benefits if I stay on my birthday or anniversary?

Room decoration, cakes, champagne, and other services are available for a fee. Please let us know at least one week in advance if you are interested in using it.

Can I rent a bicycle?

While there is no bicycle rental service at our establishment, there is a share bike rental service available on site, called LUUP.

Is it possible to get a paper receipt?

A paper receipt can be issued at the front desk if you choose the Onsite Payment option. A receipt cannot be issued if the payment was made in advance during the reservation process. For more information, please contact the website you used to make the reservation.

Who are the typical hotel guests?

A wide range of travelers use our hotel, including friends, couples, families, and businessmen.

After entering the country, is it possible to use the hotel for the purpose of self-isolation?

Yes. However, please note that this plan requires a special cleaning process. The cleaning rules are different from those of regular accommodation plans, and the facility will contact you with instructions upon booking.

Is it possible to issue multiple room keys?

It is only possible to issue keys for the number of people staying in the room.

Can you tell me more about the hotel's security measures for outsiders?

Security measures include locking the building's entrance after midnight, using a room key to access the elevator and desired floor, and installing security cameras.

Can I order Uber Eats at the hotel?

Yes. Nevertheless, we ask you to meet the driver yourself in the lobby or in front of the hotel.

Can I check out late at night or early in the morning?

If you wish to check out outside of business hours, please ring the bell at the front desk and return your key. By using our Mobile check-out service, you can settle the room and complete the check-out procedure using your smartphone, so you can leave the room anytime by simply putting the card key in the dedicated return box located on the 1st floor.

RESERVATION

Do I need to make a deposit?

There is no deposit required, but we ask that guests register with a credit card as a guarantee during their stay. Check-in may require a 10,000 yen cash deposit if you do not have a credit card.

How long in advance can I make a reservation?

Reservations are usually accepted 6 months in advance online or by phone. If you would like a schedule earlier than the one above, please contact us directly.

Is it possible to book a room without a credit card?

No credit card is required to stay overnight, but a cash deposit may be required.

Do I need to register my credit card at check-in even if I have already paid by credit card on the reservation site?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but credit card information cannot be taken over from the reservation site. That is why we ask guests to register their credit card again at check-in.

Is it okay to register a credit card under a different name from the guest's?

Even if the name is different, there is no problem as long as the card can be used.

Is it possible to change my stay dates after booking?

If you are making a reservation via a reservation site or agency, please follow their change procedures. Your reservation can be changed directly from your account of over the phone if you made it directly through the hotel website.

What are the ways to make a reservation?

Is it possible to stay at the hotel without a prior reservation?

Yes, it is possible if there is any vacancy on that day. It is still highly recommended that you make a reservation in advance if possible.

Can I stay without a student ID card even though I made a reservation for a student plan?

The Student Plan requires the presentation of your student ID card upon check-in. If you cannot prove that you are a student, you will be charged the regular rate.

Why do I need to register my credit card at check-in?

・As compensation for damage, stains, or loss of equipment in hotel rooms.
・In case of a smoking violation in a guestroom.
Our hotel may charge the registered credit card if the customer incurs any compensation during his or her stay.
Besides that, registering a credit card also offers other conveniences such as the ability to make payments at any facility in the hotel. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

I don't intend to use room service during my stay, do I still need to register my credit card?

All hotel guests are required to register their credit cards without distinction in case of damage, stains, or loss of equipment in the hotel room.

ROOMS

Does the room have a phone?

There is a Smartphone available in each room to make extension calls.

Do you have mineral water in the room?

Each guest room is equipped with mineral water bottles based on the number of guests staying there. During cleaning, the water bottles will be replenished if you stay consecutive nights.

Can I request additional towels?

Yes, you can request additional towels free of charge. Requests can be made via your smartphone by accessing your MyPage account.

Can I watch other channels besides terrestrial digital broadcasting on the TV in your guest room?

Our rooms are equipped with smart TVs, so you can watch any streaming service you like. *You must have your own streaming service account.

Can I smoke in the guest room?

All of the guest rooms are non-smoking, so please refrain from smoking in them. A designated smoking area is available outside on the first floor of the hotel. A 30,000 yen penalty fee will be charged if illegal smoking is discovered in a guest room or in a place other than the designated smoking area.

Where can I store valuables?

We regret to inform you that there is no safe provided in the room.

Do you provide wake-up calls?

Wake-up calls are available.

Do you have skin care products?

We offer F organics skin care products for women.

MOBILE FEATURES

I'd like to use the mobile check-in system, but I'd like to pay cash. Is it possible to pay other than with a credit card?

The mobile check-in system only accepts credit cards. Please check in at the front desk if you would like to pay other than with a credit card.

What is Mobile Access?

This is a convenient feature that allows you to make everything from room requests to room service with your smartphone. Request towels and amenities, chat with the front desk, order room service, view information about the hotel, check-out billing, and much more! Please note that some of these services are only available to guests who present a credit card upon check-in.

Will all items ordered via the Mobile Access service be automatically added to the room?

Items ordered via mobile access will automatically be placed in the room and billed to the credit card registered in advance.

Can I access it via an old phone?

Mobile Access is a service designed specifically to be used on smartphones. In spite of its possibility of working on older phones, it has not been tested for operability.

Is it possible to separate the payment made via Mobile Access from the accommodation fee?

You can pay the room at check-in, and all in-building payments made via Mobile Access after that will be settled at the time of check-out.

An outdoor smoking area is available at the back of the terrace on the 1st floor.

There is a microwave available in the lounge on the second floor for free use.

Do you have an ice machine?

No ice machine is available in the hotel.

Is there a coin laundry available?

Unfortunately, no coin laundry is available in the hotel.

Is there a cleaning service?

No cleaning service is available at the hotel.

Can I meet someone in the lobby?

Of course, no problem with that. However, it would be appreciated if you would refrain from inviting large groups into the lobby.

Is it possible for non-guests to use the lounge?

The first floor lobby can be accessed by non-guests, but the lounge on the second floor is exclusive to guests and co-working space users.

RESTAURANT & BAR

Can I reserve a table?

Reservations are accepted. Reservations can be made online or by phone.

Can I use the restaurant without any reservation?

Of course, you are free to come anytime without reservation. We still recommend calling to check before coming.

Can I use my credit card at the restaurant?

We accept credit cards, digital payments (PayPay, LINE Pay, etc.), and payments made via QR code.

Can I use the Bar even if I'm not staying at the hotel?

Yes, the Bar is open to non-guests as well.

Is there a menu for children or toddlers?

There is a menu available for children under 5 years old.

Our banquet room "LIVERALLY" can be reserved for private events. *This space is used as a co-working space during the day

What is the capacity of the banquet space?

Our banquet space "LIVERALLY" has a capacity of 30~40 people (seated).

Do you organize weddings?

We regret to inform you that the banquet space cannot be used as a wedding hall. However, after parties are more than welcome!

CO-WORKING SPACE

Is it possible for non-guests to use the co-working space?

An hourly billing system is available for non-guests. You will need to register to our .andwork service (no admission fee required).

Can I use the co-working space without making a reservation?

Reservations are not required but seats may all be taken depending on the time of the day. First-time users are required to register as an .andwork member (no admission fee).

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available.

What is the number of seats with power outlets?

There are more than half of the seats with power outlets.

Is there a private room available for online meetings?

You may hold online meetings in the co-working space, but please be considerate of the users around you.
If you'd like more privacy, we recommend our telework room (extra fee), where the bed has been removed to give you more space.

Can I use the self-coffee machine for free?

Yes, you can use it for free.

Is there a shower available in the co-working space?

The co-working space does not have a shower.

BIRTHDAYS & ANNIVERSARIES

Is it possible to decorate the room?

Walls and ceilings cannot be decorated with tape, but decorating is fine if there is no sticking involved. We will be glad to assist you if you contact us in advance.

Can I enter the room early and prepare it?

Rooms can be entered between 12:00 pm and 2:00pm for an additional 3,000 yen charge if you wish to enter before the regular check-in time. This service is subject to availability, so please check with us in the morning of the day if you wish to reserve a room. Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests before 12:00 pm.

Can I order a bouquet or cake and have it delivered?

Cake service is available for a fee. No bouquet service is available. If you would like to order a cake, please contact us at least one week in advance.

Is it possible to ask for the hotel's cooperation to organize a surprise?

How many people use the birthdays and anniversaries services?

On average, one or two groups a day use our birthdays, anniversaries or surprise plans.

Is it possible to prepare gifts in advance in the room?
