How often are the towels replaced?

Towels are changed during cleaning. If you prefer not to have cleaning service during your stay, you can request fresh towels from our Mobile Order service.

What is the standard check-in and check-out time?

You may check in from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and check out by 11:00 am on the day of departure. However, check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the room type or plan you are booked into, so please confirm in advance the details of your reservation plan.

Is it possible to check in early?

We do offer early check-in service after 12:00 p.m. for an additional fee ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 yen. Please contact us on the morning of your arrival day to inquire about availability, as it depends on the cleaning schedule for that day.

Do you allow late check-outs?

Depending on availability, late check-out is available in one-hour increments. Guests can check if their rooms are available for late check-out via the special page available through Mobile Access.

Is it possible to leave my luggage before or after check-in?

Except for valuables and fragile items, we can generally accept your luggage from 7:00 am on check-in day until 11:00 pm on check-out day. If you have any other requests, please contact the hotel.

What should I do if I am late for check-in?

No special notice is required if you are late for the check-in time you have indicated in advance. If you will arrive after midnight, please let us know.

Do I need to show my ID at check-in?

No identification is required to check in. However, the hotel requires the written consent of a parent or guardian for those under 18 staying alone.

Is it possible to send my luggage in advance to the hotel?

Baggage received in advance will be kept at the front desk. Please indicate the date of stay, reservation number and full name of the person who made the reservation, and include the hotel address in the mailing address.

Can items purchased on the Internet be delivered to the hotel in advance?

Is the front desk available 24 hours a day?

Our front desk is not open from 11:00pm to 7:00am, but we have staff on duty 24 hours a day if you need assistance. If you need to speak with a member of staff, please use the doorbell at the front desk.

Is it okay to leave the hotel after midnight?

Yes, no problem as long as you remember to bring your room key with you.

Can I check out late at night or early in the morning?

If you wish to check out outside of business hours, please ring the bell at the front desk and return your key. By using our Mobile check-out service, you can settle the room and complete the check-out procedure using your smartphone, so you can leave the room anytime by simply putting the card key in the dedicated return box located on the 1st floor.

Do I get any special benefits if I stay on my birthday or anniversary?

Our front desk will prepare a small gift for you if you stay on your birthday.

Can you tell me what the average age group of hotel guests is?

On average, 60% are in their 30s, 30% are in their 20s, and 10% are in their 40s or older.

Is it possible to issue multiple room keys?

A cylinder key is used for the room key. A spare key will be provided if necessary, but in general we will give you one.

Can you tell me more about the hotel's security measures for outsiders?

No one except guests can stay inside the hotel after 22:00. Security cameras have also been installed throughout the property.

I was planning to stay alone, but I'd like to invite another person. Are there any additional charges?

There will be an additional charge of 2,000 yen per person. If the room type or the maximum occupancy has already been reached, you may need to reserve another room.

Can I upgrade my room?

It may be available for a fee depending on availability. We are unable to accept advance requests and will have to check on the day of your arrival.

Can I let a guest who isn't staying with me into the room?

Guests are welcome until 10:00PM.
There will be an additional charge after 10:00PM for the additional number of people.

Can I have the room service and restaurant charges directly to my room?

By registering your credit card at check-in, you can order room service, paid amenities, and refreshments in the hotel. Charges for those will be applied directly to your room.

When does the free beer service start?

Free beers are served to guests on the ground floor everyday from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Can minors stay overnight?

A parental consent form must be presented for guests under the age of 18 staying alone.

Does the room charge get settled at check-in?

We offer a variety of payment methods. If you select the Onsite Payment option, payment is due at check-in. Our Mobile Check-in option allows you to provide payment information, fill out your information online, and receive all hotel information ahead of time.

I don't intend to use room service during my stay, do I still need to register my credit card?

If any damage or loss of room furnishings is discovered after check-out, the registered credit card may be charged. We request that all guests, regardless of whether or not they use paid services, register a credit card as a guarantee during their stay.

How often are the rooms cleaned for consecutive nights?

Housekeeping is conducted daily after 10:00 AM. Towels are replaced daily, and linens, including sheets, are changed every third cleaning. If you do not require cleaning, please use the “PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB” tag provided in your room. If the “PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB” sign is displayed on your door handle at 10:00 AM, housekeeping will be skipped for that day. We appreciate your understanding.

RESERVATION

Is it possible to get a paper receipt?

A paper receipt can be issued at the front desk if you choose the Onsite Payment option. A receipt cannot be issued if the payment was made in advance during the reservation process. For more information, please contact the website you used to make the reservation.

Can a credit card be registered under a different name than the guest's?

Even if the name is different, there is no problem as long as the card can be used.

Do I need to make a deposit?

There is no deposit required, but we ask that guests register with a credit card as a guarantee during their stay. Check-in may require a 10,000 yen cash deposit if you do not have a credit card.

What are the ways to make a reservation?

Do I need to register my credit card at check-in even if I have already paid by credit card on the reservation site?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but credit card information cannot be taken over from the reservation site. That is why we ask guests to register their credit card again at check-in.

Can I use a Debit Card to make a reservation?

It is unfortunately not possible to use debit cards. You will need to register your credit card instead.

Is possible use PayPay, LINE PAY, or any other digital payment methods?

It is possible to make payments digitally and with QR codes. Details can be obtained at the front desk.

Is it possible to stay at the hotel without a prior reservation?

Yes, it is possible if there is any vacancy on that day. It is still highly recommended that you make a reservation in advance if possible.

How long in advance can I make a reservation?

Reservations are usually accepted 6 months in advance online or by phone. If you would like a schedule earlier than the one above, please contact us directly.

Can a receipt be issued separately for accommodation and other charges?

As long as the payment has been processed, separate receipts can be issued.

Is it possible to book a room without a credit card?

If you do not have a credit card, you can still stay at the hotel, but you will not be able to use some services such as mobile access.

Can I stay without a student ID card even though I made a reservation for a student plan?

Please have a representative present your student ID upon check-in. Please note that if we cannot confirm that you are a student, you will be charged the regular rate.

Why do I need to register my credit card at check-in?

By registering your credit card, you will be able to use our mobile services during your stay. This service has advantages such as room service and the ability to make all payments directly from your room. Additionally, we ask you to register your credit card to ensure coverage during your stay. In the event of damage, defacement, loss, etc., of hotel room furnishings, we may need to charge a fee to the registered credit card. This also includes claiming a violation fee in case of smoking in the guest room. We ask all guests to register their credit card to facilitate any necessary compensation during their stay. Can you provide an humidifier?

You can order an humidifier free of charge through our Mobile Access function.

Can I open the window in my room?

Every room in our hotel has a window, but it cannot be opened for safety reasons.

Are you able to rent out games such as playing cards?

There are a variety of games available for guests (Trump cards, UNO, Jenga, Othello, etc.).

Do you provide extra beds?

We do not provide extra beds at the moment. Please note that the number of beds for a reservation for 3 persons will remain the same as the number of beds in the room.

Do you have mineral water in the room?

We do not provide mineral water directly in the room, but mineral water bottles can be ordered for free via the Mobile Access service. The water server on the first floor is also available 24 hours a day.

Can I request additional towels?

Yes, you can request additional towels free of charge. Requests can be made via your smartphone by accessing our Mobile Order service.

Can I watch other channels besides terrestrial digital broadcasting on the TV in your guest room?

We do not offer other channels besides terrestrial digital broadcasting.

Is it possible to connect an AppleTV to the TV in my room?

AppleTV or other devices can be connected to the HDMI terminal on the back of the television.

Can I smoke in the guest room?

All of the guest rooms are non-smoking, so please refrain from smoking in them. A designated smoking area is available outside on the first floor of the hotel. A 30,000 yen penalty fee will be charged if illegal smoking is discovered in a guest room or in a place other than the designated smoking area.

Where can I store valuables?

We regret to inform you that there is no safe provided in the room.

Does the room have a phone?

There is no phone in the room. If you would like to speak directly with the front desk, you can use the Chat option via the Mobile Access function.

Do you provide wake-up calls?

We do not provide wake-up calls, but the table clock in your room comes with an alarm feature.

Do you offer skin care products?

We offer a selection of skin care products at our amenity bar on the first floor. Please feel free to help yourself to whatever you need during your stay.

Can I rent a wine glass?

It is possible to rent wine glasses. Please order from the Mobile Access function.

Does the room have a hair dryer?

Yes, a hair dryer is provided in the room.

Does the room have Wi-Fi?

Can I choose a specific room or floor?

No pets are allowed in the hotel.

Do you provide all the necessary cables for the Theater Room?

The following cables are available in the Theater Room: HDMI cable, HDMI to Lightning adapter, HDMI to C-type adapter.

Can I watch YouTube or Netflix on the TV in my room?

TVs in guest rooms can only be used to watch terrestrial digital broadcasts, but HDMI ports allow you to connect your own devices.

Are there any rooms with ensuite bathtubs?

The Ryukyu Modern King and Ryukyu Modern Family rooms feature a bathtub. For more information and photos of each room type, please visit our website.

Is it possible to have aromatherapy in the guest room?

We kindly request that guests refrain from using aromatherapy in the room. If aromatherapy is detected, additional charges may apply, and we reserve the right to refuse further room sales.

Are rooms equipped with air conditioning?

Yes, our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is available throughout the building. Given the climate of Okinawa, cold air conditioning is the standard option provided. You can adjust the room temperature using the knobs on the wall, which offer settings for weak, medium, and strong cooling. If you require a heater during your stay, please don't hesitate to inquire at our front desk.

MOBILE FEATURES

Is it possible to separate the payment made via Mobile Access from the accommodation fee?

You can pay the room at check-in, and all in-building payments made via Mobile Access after that will be settled at the time of check-out.

Will all items ordered via the Mobile Access service be automatically added to the room?

Items ordered via mobile access will automatically be placed in the room and billed to the credit card registered in advance.

What is Mobile Access?

This is a convenient feature that allows you to make everything from room requests to room service with your smartphone. Request towels and amenities, chat with the front desk, order room service, view information about the hotel, check-out billing, and much more! Please note that some of these services are only available to guests who present a credit card upon check-in.

Can I access it via an old phone?

Mobile Access is a service designed specifically to be used on smartphones. In spite of its possibility of working on older phones, it has not been tested for operability.

Do you have a microwave on site?

There is no microwave available but we can warm your food at the restaurant. Feel free to ask our staff.

I'd like to use the mobile check-in system, but I'd like to pay cash. Is it possible to pay other than with a credit card?

To utilize our mobile check-in system, you'll need to complete the required information on the mobile check-in form and register your card. However, payment upon arrival can be made in cash or via QR code.

What is the number of seats with power outlets?

There are 9 seats with power outlets. If needed, we also lend extension cords.

Is there a private room available for online meetings?

No private meeting room is available, but you may hold online meetings in the co-working space, but please be considerate of the users around you.

Is there a printer available on site?

Printing is available at the front desk. (B&W: 10 yen/sheet, Colors: 50 yen/sheet)

Is there a self-coffee machine to use?

No self-coffee machine is available in this hotel.

Is there a shower available in the co-working space?

Do you offer amenities for children?

Only toothbrushes are available for children.

PARKING

Is it possible to enter and exit the parking lot freely?

You are free to move in and out of the parking but a fee will be charged each time you do so.

What should I do if the parking lot is full?

If our dedicated parking lot is full, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please use one of the many coin parking lots around the hotel.

Is there a parking lot on-site?

Parking is available at affiliated parking lots, located approximately a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Please stop by the front desk to purchase a ticket before using this service. We will show you the location of the parking lot when you stop by.

Parking fee: 1,200 yen per entry. Larger vehicles may incur a parking fee equivalent to two cars. Please note that the parking lot may be fully occupied depending on usage. We appreciate your understanding.

Is it possible to film for a Youtube video in the hotel?

You are free to film in your private room without any prior approval. Please contact us in advance if you would like to shoot in the common areas or introduce our hotel on Youtube.

Is it possible to organize an event at the hotel?
