Subsequent dishes include panko-fried pike conger, chilled pasta with raw whitebait, and sea bass, offering a lineup that fully embraces the tastes of summer. By combining cold dishes and light flavors, the course is designed to provide a cool and seasonal experience. For dessert, guests can choose from several options, including panna cotta with Koshu wine jelly. About Chef Yasutomo Nakamura

Born in 1975 in Kumamoto Prefecture, he began his culinary journey after graduating from Nakamura Culinary School. His career started at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka, where he honed his skills before gaining further experience at various Italian restaurants and large-scale dining establishments. His expertise led him to serve as the Executive Chef at a prominent dining venue in Fukuoka. In 2019, with the opening of THE LIVELY KITCHEN FUKUOKA HAKATA, he took on the role of head chef, bringing his extensive experience and passion for culinary excellence to the forefront.
