At the all-day dining restaurant “THE LIVELY KITCHEN FUKUOKA HAKATA,” we offer modern Japanese-Italian cuisine that blends Japanese ingredients and tableware with Italian cooking techniques, enhanced by seasonal touches and the latest trends. Dishes are delicately arranged on carefully selected traditional Japanese tableware, such as Arita porcelain, and showcase the chef’s unique expression of seasonal trends, resulting in a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Not only is the taste exceptional, but the presentation style and the story behind each dish are thoughtfully crafted, offering a unique menu that provides both surprises and discoveries, all served with a casual and friendly approach.
In this breakfast renewal, you can enjoy the chef’s carefully curated “Japanese × Italian” cuisine in a short course format. Along with an assortment of appetizers, including sweet dishes, you can choose from two main plates, one Japanese and one Western. Enjoy dishes made with carefully selected ingredients, including locally sourced Fukuoka products such as Fukuoka-grown rice and Itoshima’s brand pork “Binton,” as well as specialties like Kishu Nanko plums and turban shells from Yamaguchi Prefecture. About chef Yasutomo Nakamura
Born in 1975 in Kumamoto Prefecture, he attended Nakamura Culinary School. After graduating, he began his culinary journey at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka. He then gained experience at Italian restaurants and large-scale dining establishments. Additionally, he served as the Fukuoka Executive Chef at a large-scale dining establishment.
In 2019, he assumed the position of head chef with the opening of THE LIVELY KITCHEN FUKUOKA HAKATA.
