At the all-day dining restaurant ‘THE LIVELY KITCHEN FUKUOKA HAKATA,’ we offer modern Japanese-Italian cuisine, combining Japanese ingredients and tableware with Italian cooking techniques, while incorporating the latest trends and seasonal expressions. The dishes are beautifully presented on heavy Japanese tableware, blending the chef’s attention to trends and seasonality into creative plates. This Christmas, exclusively for our accommodation plan, we will present the Christmas cake “Jewel de Noël,” themed around “Navy Blue” representing winter nights and “Gold” symbolizing light. The cake features a sweet white chocolate mousse and a sweet-and-sour blueberry and balsamic mousse, all coated in blue-tinted white chocolate. The jewel-like jelly scattered throughout the mousse mimics the sparkling appearance of Christmas illuminations, with red jelly made from red wine and blue jelly made from white wine. In addition to the mousse and jelly, the crunchy cookie base adds a delightful texture, offering a variety of sensations to enjoy. This cake is recommended for those seeking something unique, rather than a traditional Christmas cake.
