To celebrate the 5th anniversary of THE LIVELY FUKUOKA HAKATA, we’re throwing a big bash— “WE ARE THE LIVELY Nakasuyuenya Summer Festival” on Saturday, July 27th.
Join us this summer for “Wa SShoi LIVELY,” a special event packed with unique summer festival fun, including food experiences and creative setups. The highlight is our anniversary party, “WE ARE THE LIVELY Nakasuyuenya Summer Festival,” featuring exclusive one-night-only content like DJ music, live performances, digital signage art, and a market area with booths from our hotel restaurant and popular local shops. We’re turning up the energy for an unforgettable summer festival experience.
Get ready to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the Nakasu entertainment district mixed with the elegance and playful spirit of THE LIVELY FUKUOKA HAKATA at this unique “yuen” (evening party).
The party will take over the entire hotel, with different attractions in the first-floor lobby lounge, the restaurant area, and the second-floor coworking space. ■ DJ MUSIC
Five DJs, including DJ Peach, a next-generation female DJ who energizes popular clubs nationwide, and other DJs active in Hakata, will perform and enliven the festival with house music.

In the “FRESH TOP20 DJanes AWARD 2022,” DJ Peach achieved the prestigious rank of No. 1 in the Japanese DJ rankings. She has been actively performing as a guest at popular clubs nationwide and internationally, growing into one of Japan’s leading female DJs. Her overseas performances include several locations in Malaysia in 2022, a performance in Hong Kong in 2023, and an appearance at the five-star casino hotel OKADA MANILA in the Philippines the following month.
DJ Peach has also achieved outstanding results with her album releases. In 2022, she released three consecutive volumes of “GREATEST DANCE MUSIC PARTY mixed by DJ PEACH” (VOL.4, VOL.5, and VOL.6), all of which reached No. 1 on the iTunes Dance/Album Chart. The venue will be enhanced with floral art under the theme “A Hundred Flowers Blooming.” On the day of the event, additional decorations and signage art will be added to further elevate the festive atmosphere. Enjoy a photogenic, extraordinary space adorned with lanterns, lighting, and signage art depicting large fireworks blooming in the summer night sky. There will also be live performances of flower arrangements and a caricature live show by Fukuoka-born artist Shu Tani, who designed the key visual for this event.

■Food & Drink
On the 1st-floor restaurant floor, alongside the hotel restaurant “THE LIVELY KITCHEN,” there will be a stall area featuring popular local eateries. You can enjoy a diverse lineup ranging from snacks that pair well with drinks to full meals and desserts. From “THE LIVELY KITCHEN,” we will offer Fukuoka specialty dishes like “Truffle Toriyaki” and “Motsu-ni Tacos.” Additionally, Fukuoka’s long-established confectionery shop, “Ishimura Manseido,” will participate, selling popular items such as Salted Bean Daifuku, marshmallows, and baked goods. Founded on December 25, Meiji 38 (1905). With a desire to convey the innocent joyous scenes of Hakata through sweets, they create confections like the famous “Tsurunoko” and “Iwautte Sand.” The main store is located next to the “Mawaridome,” the finishing point of Hakata Gion Yamakasa, bustling with crowds every July 15th, symbolizing Hakata.
