Greetings, I’m Tammie, and I have the pleasure of working at THE LIVELY TOKYO AZABUJUBAN.
Recently, we hosted our inaugural sake and rice wine-tasting event, and we were thrilled with the enthusiastic response from our guests. The genuine delight and curiosity exhibited by everyone was truly heartwarming.
Japan is a land rich in cultural experiences, yet the sheer volume of information online can be daunting, and language barriers often add to the challenge. Our sake event was crafted with the intention of offering an immersive cultural experience, eliminating some of the common obstacles that guests might face.
We had the privilege of partnering with Hinemos, a distinguished Japanese company committed to making sake and rice wine more accessible. Their dedication to quality and authenticity added a unique touch to our event.
During the evening, our guests savored 12 distinct varieties of sake and rice wine, showcasing a spectrum of flavors from sweet and fruity to dry and smoky. The diversity in taste provided a true journey through the rich world of Japanese rice wine.

What is HINEMOS, sake that accompanies time?
We would like people to enjoy sake more easily, so we have created the product concept of “time,” which is common to people all over the world.
For example, the name of the sake brand itself is “SHICHIJI”, which means 7 PM in Japanese.
The taste is diverse, including low-alcohol and sparkling sake, and even first-time sake drinkers can find the perfect sake for the “time” they want to spend.
