We’re excited to share that our spring-exclusive Matcha Donut is now available at Graphic Grill & Bar, located inside HOTEL GRAPHY SHIBUYA!
Matcha Donut / 抹茶ドーナッツ – 1,000 yen (tax included)

On top of a warm donut, a pat of butter slowly melts.
It’s topped with soft meringue ice cream and lightly whipped cream. Then comes a generous drizzle of “matcha anko,” a perfectly balanced mix of slightly bitter matcha and sweet red bean paste.
To finish, we sprinkle on some crunchy almond chips and a pinch of salt. That gentle salty touch adds the perfect contrast, tying the whole flavor together.
We also place the cut-out donut center right on top for a fun and playful presentation.
The best way to enjoy this donut is to savor the exact moment everything starts to melt.
