First Anniversary Event -Hi! GRAPHY- at the hostel hotel HOTEL GRAPHY SHIBUYA on Saturday, March 1
The first anniversary event “Hi! GRAPHY” will be held at “HOTEL GRAPHY SHIBUYA” on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
A day to experience the charm of the hotel through art and gourmet: “Hi! GRAPHY”
On March 1, 2025, “HOTEL GRAPHY SHIBUYA” will celebrate its first anniversary. To commemorate this, the event “Hi! GRAPHY,” where hotel guests and locals can experience the charm of HOTEL GRAPHY SHIBUYA through art and food, will be held.
This event, symbolizing the “social graph” concept behind the hotel’s name, values human connections. Not only for our regular customers but also for those who have yet to visit, the event aims to create a place for new encounters and exchanges.
The event will be held in two parts. In the daytime, there will be special content such as window painting based on the theme of “flowers” to signify the arrival of spring, an art exhibition using Lost Flowers®, and an original burger-making experience. The evening part will feature live painting by an artist in a space accompanied by DJ music, where you can also enjoy event-exclusive food and cocktails. Guests can relax and casually interact with other participants and staff in a laid-back atmosphere. We offer content that can be enjoyed at any time of the day, so feel free to drop by with your family or friends.
The window painting and Lost Flower® art will be on display until noon on March 30 after the event. Starting at 1:00 PM on March 30, we will be giving away the Lost Flowers® used in the artworks to the first 100 guests for free. Feel free to visit us during your spring walk.

Daytime (13:00–16:00)
■ Let’s paint together! Window painting experience with the theme of “flowers” alongside an artist
Under the guidance of mural artist Lulu Kono, guests can paint on the large window next to the hotel entrance with the theme of “flowers,” symbolizing the arrival of spring and celebration. The artwork will be completed by Kono’s live painting in the evening session. Enjoy the unique experience of making your brushstroke part of the final piece. Children are also welcome to participate.
After a long trip in 2015, Kono found herself in Mexico without money and started painting murals in exchange for free accommodation. Since 2016, she has been actively creating murals in orphanages, schools, and hospitals, both domestically and abroad, aiming to bring more smiles to children.
■ Enjoy spring with sustainable art! Lost Flower® hotel entrance decoration (Also available during the evening session)
We will collaborate with RIN Co. to present an art installation using Lost Flowers®. The string art featuring the hotel logo at the entrance will be beautifully enhanced with Lost Flowers® for a limited time. Enjoy this sustainable art piece that celebrates the hotel’s first anniversary. Feel free to take photos as a memory of your visit. The exhibit will be on display until noon on March 30, and at 1:00 PM on the same day, we will give away one Lost Flower® from the artwork to the first 100 guests for free.
With a mission to “reduce flower waste and make flower-filled living a culture,” RIN Co. focuses on using flowers to their fullest potential, even after they’ve been used in decorations, novelties, and workshops. Their activities are aimed at enriching the lives of everyone who loves flowers, from growers to consumers.
■ Paint your burger!? Create your own unique art burger (First 20 participants, 1,200 yen)
The popular burger from the hotel’s restaurant “Graphic Grill & Bar” will be served with white buns and cheese, resembling a blank canvas, exclusively for this event. Participants can decorate the burger with colorful sauces to create their own unique work of art. After enjoying the burger as art, you can savor its delicious taste. This is a special experience where food and art come together.
■ Instagram-worthy colorful lattes for just 500 yen
The café latte, made with coffee beans from the roastery “Sol’s Coffee” in Kuramae, Tokyo, will be available in colorful versions exclusively for this event. Enjoy the rich flavor of the coffee along with the colorful latte art that is sure to make you want to take a picture.
Evening (19:0022:00)
■ Watch an artist create in real-time! Live painting by Lulu Kono
Lulu Kono will add the finishing touches to the window painting created in the daytime session, completing the artwork in front of you. Enjoy the evolving art as it takes shape right before your eyes. The completed piece will remain on display until noon on March 30. Feel free to stop by for a viewing.
■ Enjoy the signature grilled dishes from the hotel restaurant “Graphic Grill & Bar” (Food included in the participation fee)
Savor the hotel’s famous grilled dishes with the excitement of a live kitchen. A variety of finger foods, including grilled items, will be available, allowing you to casually enjoy the taste of the hotel restaurant.
■ Event-exclusive cocktail with a “flower” theme: “Herbarium Tonic” (1,000 yen, drink ticket included)
