In Osaka, a stay plan is available to enjoy a special Christmas cake made by a chef with 20 years of experience in French cuisine in your room. The Galaxy Noel, a Christmas tree-shaped cake with a “galaxy” motif, is a raspberry shortcake decorated with macaroons, chocolate with an earth motif and amber sugar, and is different from standard Christmas cakes. With its striking visual impact, it is sure to be a conversation-starter and a photographer’s delight. The cake’s not-too-sweet line-up, including the sourness of the berries in the shortcake and the blackcurrant, raspberry and pistachio flavours in the macarons, offers a refined flavor experience.

Other stay plans include a seven-course Christmas dinner at THE LIVELY KITCHEN restaurant on the first floor. Enjoy the chef’s meticulous attention to detail in the cuisine, including the abundant use of carefully selected premium ingredients and the use of unique French liquors in the sauces.

A “Japanese x Italian” Christmas dinner at a restaurant popular with local customers

In Fukuoka, a stay plan is available to enjoy a Christmas dinner course at THE LIVELY KITCHEN, a restaurant in the hotel with a “Japanese x Italian” theme. The full-course meal, which offers a sense of Christmas in the style of Japanese and Italian cuisine, includes appetizers, hot dishes, pasta, fish dishes and for the main course a pastured beef fillet in a pie wrapper. The dishes are served on Japanese tableware for an unusual Christmas experience. Finally, enjoy a dessert made to be a bright red Christmas color, inspired by a gorgeous flower with berry tuile and pistachio mousse.

Enjoy the pairing of the Chocolate Banana Whole Cake, a Christmas cake rich in rich chocolate and bananas, and the Leonardo, an elegant cocktail with the sweet and sour flavor of strawberries. The cocktail’s smoke and roses are the perfect surprise. If you wish, you can also enjoy it in your room. For the cake, you can also choose the Buche de Noël Caramel Brûlée in caramel flavor.
